We feel that we have streamlined our service through the lens of the ASI principles. We feel more confident in formulating hypotheses around a client’s challenges and behaviours and knowing what approach to use or what piece of equipment to try with a particular client.

Clients have told me they see the sensory component of their treatment as an essential part of their recovery. I think the training provided by SIE clearly links neuroscience to assessment, formulation and intervention. Being able to explain this to clients allows them to re-frame their difficulties.

Sensory integration therapy has transformed my practice in many ways. It’s helped me to engage in more in-depth assessments with my clients and to understand them better.
