Sensory Integration Education (SIE) is excited to announce the introduction of the Lifelong Learning Programme and the SIE Alumni Club (ASIP) alongside our world-class Postgraduate Pathway.

Lifelong Learning Programme

The Lifelong Learning Programme is your gateway to connecting with peers and experts for support and shared learning. The entire programme is available via our mobile-friendly app, as well as our website, meaning you can easily fit your learning and reaching out for support into your busy life.

If you are interested in sensory-informed practice, then this is the perfect space for you. By joining our Lifelong Learning Programme, you will ensure you are up-to-date with the latest research and practice; can seek rapid support and inspiration from sensory experts and fellow peers; and can immerse yourself in our compelling suite of short courses and talks from respected sensory experts.

The Lifelong Learning Programme is open to all, whether you are in the early stages of your career or a seasoned professional, and is an unmissable opportunity for anyone working with or interested in sensory-informed approaches. The programme includes:

Peer Support Sessions

Connect with other professionals using a sensory integration and processing informed approach in these regular live online group sessions. Facilitated by SI Experts, the live online Peer Support Sessions provide a unique opportunity to connect with peers facing similar challenges, fostering a collaborative environment for shared insights and solutions.

We run two Peer Support Sessions each month: one for professionals working with children and young people, and one for professionals working with adults.

SI Network Community Forum

Share insights and problem-solve in this online forum, moderated by SI experts. We're all here to help each other and we guarantee you a response from a sensory integration qualified practitioner.

Live Webinars

With two new live webinars scheduled monthly, along with our other learning and support events, your CPD calendar is sorted. You can also access the webinars as recordings for 30 days afterwards for your convenience.

Sensory Spotlight Talks

These quarterly talks from a leading name in the field provide exclusive access to innovative and inspiring ideas and practices, enriching your perspective. You're invited to join us live online, or you can access the recording at your convenience.

SIE's Instant Access Short Courses

With access to the entire short course catalogue of more than 40 courses* from the SIE, you can make the best use of your professional development time (or that cancelled appointment). You can instantly access over 100 hours of lessons and resources, including any new course or resource that is added during your membership period.

SIE Researcher Support Services and Grant Awards

Lifelong Learning Programme members have access to the SIE Researcher Support Services and Grant Awards. SIE awards research grants and provides practical assistance to support the development of evidence and best practice relating to sensory integration and processing across the lifespan. Our support includes financial awards and support in recruiting research participants and disseminating finished research.

SIE Research Knowledge Bank

Explore this searchable curated collection of published research on sensory integration and sensory processing and related topics.

Enhanced Access to the SIE Annual Conference

Each year Sensory Integration Education stages an amazing online conference, free to all for one week only. As a Lifelong Learning Programme member, you can enjoy continued access to the conference presentations and materials for up to 12 months following the conference week.

You can purchase 12 months' access to our whole Lifelong Learning Programme for only £195.  You can even pay in instalments, there is a 30-day money-back guarantee and the fee will not automatically recur - keeping you in control.

ASIP - The SIE Alumni Club

ASIP is a testament to our commitment to nurturing a lifelong relationship with our graduates. It's an exclusive and free community that welcomes current students and graduates of Sensory Integration Education.

Current SIE students and graduates gain access to two annual SensorNet issues. Once graduated, SI practitioners will be added to the SI Practitioners' Register, which provides an excellent opportunity for graduates to showcase their qualifications and confirm their credentials with clients and employers.

Additionally, ASIP offers graduates a complimentary listing in the Find a Local Therapist Directory. This directory serves as a platform for graduates to promote their practices to individuals seeking support with sensory integration and processing differences. Graduates holding a minimum of a PGCert in SI with SIE are eligible for a free listing, enhancing their visibility within the community.

The SIE Postgraduate Programme

The Lifelong Learning Programme and our ASIP alumni club enrich the experience of SIE students training in sensory integration and processing on our pioneering Postgraduate Pathway. Students signing up to embark on a Postgraduate Certificate in Sensory Integration (which qualifies them as an SI Practitioner) or on a Postgraduate Diploma in Sensory Integration (which endows Advanced Practitioner status) from 1 January 2024 will receive a 12-month complimentary membership to the Lifelong Learning Programme.
