Learning and Teaching Summary

This module integrates a variety of teaching and learning activities, including lectures, seminars, practical workshops, and case-based learning. These approaches promote active, student-centred learning, where critical thinking and clinical reasoning are fostered through real-world applications of sensory processing and integration concepts.

Students will engage with current research and evidence, applying it to complex scenarios to deepen their understanding of theories, models, and practical frameworks. Group discussions, problem-solving tasks, and reflective activities will encourage collaboration, leadership skills, and autonomy, promoting ethical decision-making.

By focusing on cultural competence, sustainability, and global perspectives, students will be equipped to make informed, evidence-based decisions in professional practice.
