Living a Sensory Life

Becky Lyddon is a tour-de-force when it comes to raising awareness of what it actually feels like to have differences in the way you process sensory information. She runs Sensory Spectacle, and Living a Sensory Life is her podcast series about recognising and supporting sensory needs. She talks to lots of different people who have sensory differences, as well as interviewing professionals. Some of the content focuses on children and parenting but there’s a huge amount that is relevant to teens and young adults. Currently on Series 3.
