Sensory Integration Education

1. By entering the prize draw for the Early Bird Conference Sign-Up, you agree to these prize draw terms and conditions.

2. The prize draw is being run by SI Network UK and Ireland, trading as Sensory Integration Education (SIE).

Eligibility to Enter

3. To be eligible to enter the Early Bird Conference Sign-Up, you must meet the following:

• You must be 18 years or over to enter
• You must not work or be an associate of Sensory Integration Education

4. In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.

5. A maximum of one entry per individual per draw is permitted.

6. The prize draw is free to enter.

How to Enter

7. Sign up for our free online Conference in July and you will automatically be entered into our Early Bird Prize Draw.

8. The Early Bird Sign-up offers runs until midnight on 31st July*

8. SIE will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate.

* Please note all conference registrations received so far will be automatically entered into the Early Bird Prize Draw

The Prize

9. Physical prizes will be delivered to your nominated address. Online prizes will be delivered to the email address you signed up with.

10. The winner will be drawn at random.

11. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.

12. The decision of SIE regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it

Winner Announcement

13. The winner of the Early Bird Conference Sign-Up offer will be notified by 5th August via the email provided on their entry form.

14. SIE will attempt to contact the winner by mobile phone twice.

15. If the winner does not respond to the phone call notifying them of their win within 24 hours of the second call, they will lose their right to the prize, and SIE reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner.

Data Protection and Publicity

16. You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the prize draw being used by SIE for the purposes of administering the prize draw, and for those purposes as defined within our privacy policy. 

17. All entrants may apply for details of the winners by contacting us at [email protected]. 

18. All winners agree to the release of their full name and occupation to any other prize draw participants if requested via SIE. 

19. An announcement of the winners’ names and occupations will be made via SIE’s website, e-newsletters and social media channels. 

20. All winners will be contacted by SIE’s Marketing Department to discuss optional participation in promotional articles and content. 

21. All personal information shall be used in accordance with SIE’s Privacy Policy.

22. SIE does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the prize draw or being selected for a prize, save that SIE does not exclude its liability for death or personal injury as a result of its own negligence.

General

23. SIE reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.

24. The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
