Trouble Shooting Guide for Students
Please check that you use the correct email address and password (case sensitive). Check for spelling mistakes.
Have you set up more than one account? Try using the other email address.
1. Click Sign in on the site header
2. Click Forgot password
3. Input email address
4. Click Submit
Things to try:
1. Clear the cache and restart the browser.
2. Also check if you’re using the newest version of the browser (check here)
3. Try a different browser (we like Google Chrome)
4. Try an Incognito / Private Window (this will rule out an issue with browser extensions).
5. Restart the device (it's a cliche, but it works!)
6. If possible, try a different device!
7. If possible, try a different internet connection! School, NHS and/or corporate firewalls occasionally block our video provider.

1. Click on your name or picture in the top right of your Thinkific site header and select My Account.
2. They can then select the Billing tab.
From here you can:
- View/update your saved credit card.
- View your recurring payments to you (subscriptions and payment plans) and cancel your subscriptions.
- Renew a subscription or payment plan after a failed payment has set the status to Payment Due.
1. Log in to your student account
2. Go to My Dashboard
3. Select your name on the top right
4. In the dropdown menu, select My Account
5. Select Notifications on the left.
6. To turn off a notification, uncheck the box to the left of the description
7. Click Save Changes

(Note that we do not support Internet Explorer. You will see an error message if attempting to access Thinkific on Internet Explorer.)
1. Login to our website
2. Click avatar in the top-right header
3. Click My Account
4. Select Password on the left menu
5. Input new password under Change Password and Retype Password
6. Input original password under Current Password
7. Click Update
The large majority of the time video issues are browser-specific; for example, it may be that you have a plugin installed that is blocking the videos or your browser may not support the file type you are using. Try using a different browser or an incognito window instead.
Sometimes your network may be blocking our video host. You may also need to add the following to your safe list:
*.wistia.com (The * indicating that what precedes wistia.com in the URL can vary, depending on the user)
fast.wistia.net
embedwistia-a.akamaihd.net
